As a traveling soccer team, we recently stayed at the Aloft for a tournament, and I couldn’t be happier with our entire experience. The front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind from start to finish. Our rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. There was plenty of space in both the restaurant and pool areas for parents to gather without feeling crowded or confined, which made a huge difference for a group our size. There were multiple teams staying at the hotel, and that’s not always easy to manage, but the staff handled everything seamlessly. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of the entire time. My kids didn’t want to leave! It’s hard to find service like this anymore, especially when traveling with large groups, and we are so grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will absolutely be back!
We had a great stay. When we arrived Jeyma on the front desk was very accomodating and we felt welcomed right away.She’s exemplary doing her job very well her smile is all the way from ear to ear. Kuddos to her and the whole team. We will definitely comeback and recco this place to our family and friends.
I stayed at this hotel for couple day & extremely satisfied. The room was well maintained, clean & very comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location, only 2 minutes walk from Banff Trail Station (Train in Calgary). The front desk, Adilla were welcoming, she assisted me during the check in process. I would definitely recommend this hotel & would happily stay here again on my next visit to Calgary.
Had such a wonderful and unforgettable experience here! The staff is very friendly the amenities are always nice! My favorite part was the gym and the pool. I was able to stay here comfortably and enjoyed the food as well. The restaurant has really good options for all preferences and there is always someone at the front to greet you when you come back. The location is directly across the street from train station which is so convenient in the snow and ice. It’s also easy to deliver food to the hotel as I certainly enjoyed that perk lol! I also felt safe here. Thank you for the stay, I will miss it! Also, the Christmas decorations are really nice
Stayed here for 4 nights and the staff has been extremely wonderful and helpful! The heating element on the dryer on the first floor might be going out but that was no biggie thankfully because they also had a dryer on the 3rd floor that worked like a dream. Definitely would book again if im back in the area!
This is a hidden gem and what makes it the best is the service! Our kids love the pool and we love the cabana ambiance. Gemma made our stay so friendly and made herself available for anything we needed. She really made our trip special and so did the staff. Brand new amenities, central location, great food! Highly recommend!

Great spot for a stay in Calgary. Jeyma at check in went above and beyond and was one of the most friendly and genuine check in's I've had at a Marriott property. Her colleague Harshita was lovely as well. I happened to check in during happy hour and Anoosha at the bar took great care of me too. Very clean and modern property with fantastic customer service! Highly recommend!
